The Torfaen Residents' Survey 2026 is your chance to tell us what you think about where you live, the council services you use and your priorities for the borough. Your views will be used to help the council identify future work and strategy.

By responding to this survey you will help us to better understand:

• What is important to you
• Your experience of your local area
• How you view and interact with the council
• Your experiences of community life in the borough

Ultimately, your views help shape your local area and your local services. So, it is important to hear from as many residents as possible. Please encourage your family, friends, and neighbours to complete this survey.

Torfaen Residents' Survey 2026 is part of the National Resident Survey being run by the WLGA (Welsh Local Government Association).

This survey is running from Monday 14 September until midnight on Sunday 25 October, 2026.

Paper versions of this survey are available to download and print .via the links to the right of this column

Once completed, please hand it to a member of staff at your local library, to the front desk at the Civic Centre in Pontypool, or scan it and email to getinvolved@torfaen.gov.uk
