Let’s Talk: Living in Torfaen is a survey of residents being run by Torfaen County Borough Council.

By responding to this survey you will help Torfaen County Borough Council to better understand:
What is important to you
Your experience of your local area
How you view and interact with the council
Ultimately, your views help shape your local area and your local services. So, it is important to hear from as many residents as possible. Please encourage your family, friends, and neighbours to complete this survey.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please respond by 25/10/2026.
This survey is also available in other formats, including Easy Read (available on this page) and paper copies, available via Torfaen libraries and hubs.

Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA) is running this survey on behalf of Torfaen County Borough Council. Information that could identify you will be seen by Torfaen County Borough Council and WLGA only. This information will be held for 3 years from the date the survey closes in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR). Your IP address will be collected to help identify duplicate or inappropriate responses.
