Communities Review 2023

The consultation has now closed and the task and finish group are considering all responses received.

There are six Community Councils in Torfaen. The maps attached show the different geographical boundaries of these Community Councils, including the various neighbourhood wards within each one, where applicable. 

We are carrying out a Community Review to work out whether the current size, structure and composition of the six Community Councils are fit for purpose and/or reflect the nature of local communities and neighbourhoods across Torfaen. The review is being carried out in line with legislation.
