We'd like your help - we have been asked to record how a wide range of council services capture the feedback of residents/service users. And, how that feedback is used.
The corporate communications and engagement team is collating information about different service users perspectives, which will be shared at senior leadership level.
WHY WE'VE SENT YOU THIS REQUEST: If you carry out surveys, consultations, or capture customer feedback in anyway please complete the survey below - even if you have responded to previous requests for the information.
WHAT WE'RE REQUESTING: Please complete the form below to accurately capture the work your service is doing to record the views of residents. We also need to know how this happens, how often, and most importantly how your service uses this information to improve and evolve your service.

Please can you share an overview of all the activities and engagement your service areas has done (or is yet to do) across the period of April 1 2024 - 31 March 2025. This will expand upon any information previously submitted for a report to SLT summarising the year. Thank you.
