Help shape our Strategic Equality Plan 2024-2028

The purpose of this consultation is to seek your views and input on Torfaen County Borough Council’s Strategic Equality Objectives. This will help us to produce and publish our new Strategic Equality Plan for 2024-2028.

During this survey we will ask you if you agree with our proposed Equality Objectives and whether we should be including anything else in our plan.

How can Torfaen Council help tackle inequality? How could we do better? What needs to change? What can we do differently to support all staff and communities to feel safe, included and respected?

We will use your feedback to help develop our Strategic Equality Plan 2024-2028, to be published in April 2024.
