Gwent Archives is reviewing its opening hours to ensure they meet the needs of its customers. More and more users are now accessing archive information online or via the email and digitisation services, and fewer have been visiting the service at their offices in Ebbw Vale.
There is ongoing work to make even more catalogues, archive collections, guides and resources available online and creating time for this is important.
Gwent Archives appreciate how important it is for researchers to still visit in person if they choose to, and would like to ask a few questions to ensure that its opening hours and days will still meet customers’ needs.
