Proposal to establish a new Welsh medium ALN provision
Torfaen Council is proposing to create a Welsh medium Learning Resource Base for pupils with additional learning needs at Ysgol Gymraeg Gwynllyw (September 2026).
In accordance with the Welsh Government’s School Reorganisation Code, the Council is required to carry out statutory consultation as part of the process and before making a decision on whether to implement the proposal or not.
You are therefore invited to submit your views on the above proposal. This is also your opportunity to suggest alternatives to this proposal.
