We want to develop an Age-Friendly Plan for Torfaen and in order to do this we want to hear the experiences of residents aged 50+.

To capture this information we have created four short surveys that cover everything from housing to respect, access to information to community. It all stems from the World Health Organisation Age-friendly Cities framework.

You can choose to share your experiences through one or all four of the surveys below. The consultation closes at 5pm on Monday 1 July 2024.

    This is the full survey containing all the questions that are covered in the four shorter surveys. You can choose to complete this longer format survey, or complete one or more of the four themed surveys also available on the Age-Friendly Torfaen consultation page. All can be completed anonymously and your feedback is much appreciated.

  • Age Friendly Torfaen - Housing and health care

    This survey covers issues and questions around growing older in your home, your well-being and your health. Many questions have the option of 'prefer not to say' if you would rather not answer certain questions. All responses will be anonymised.

    This short survey covers questions about how you access information, whether you are online and if so how you use online services, and your experiences in work and/or retirement.
