Overview

Every two to three years we are required to carry out a customer satisfaction survey with our library users which is fed back to the Welsh Government’s Museums, Archives and Libraries Department. It is also an opportunity for us to receive important feedback from our customers about the services we provide.  

This year, as part of an on-going piece of work to develop a new strategy for library services in Torfaen that will save £200,000 annually, we have opened up the survey to anyone wishing to comment, and expanded it to include some broader questions that will help us to shape the future of the service.

Bob dwy i dair blynedd mae gofyn i ni wneud arolwg boddhad cwsmeriaid gyda’n defnyddwyr llyfrgell, gwybodaeth sy’n cael ei bwydo’n ôl i Adran Amgueddfeydd, Archifau a Llyfrgelloedd Llywodraeth Cymru. Mae hefyd yn gyfle i ninnau gael adborth pwysig gan ein cwsmeriaid ar y gwasanaethau rydym yn eu darparu.  

Eleni, fel rhan o waith parhaus i ddatblygu strategaeth newydd ar gyfer gwasanaethau llyfrgell yn Nhorfaen a fydd yn arbed £200,000 y flwyddyn, rydym wedi agor yr arolwg i unrhyw un sy’n dymuno gwneud sylwadau, ac wedi ei ehangu i gynnwys rhai o’r cwestiynau ehangach a fydd yn ein helpu i lunio dyfodol y gwasanaeth.
