Torfaen Together 2021

Closed 7 Nov 2021

Opened 30 Sep 2021

It’s been two years since we last asked residents about their experiences and expectations of Torfaen Council.

Since then, then COVID-19 pandemic changed everyone’s lives.

Whether it was working from home, home-schooling children or caring for vulnerable residents, people across Torfaen went above and beyond to protect their loved ones and their communities.

As a council our priorities were to keep essential services like rubbish and waste collections, social care services and maintaining highways going, and support those most in need.

Coronavirus is still with us but as life returns to some normality, we want to know what you think about the work Torfaen Council does.

Why your views matter

We are committed to making Torfaen a better place for our residents by investing in making the borough cleaner and greener, supporting vulnerable people in the community or improving the standards in our schools.  But the pandemic has put additional pressure on our budgets, so it’s even more important that we understand what you think and what your priorities are.

All responses will be collated and passed on to service areas ahead of next year’s budget.

It takes just a few minutes to have your say and everyone's views matter.

What happens next

The results from the survey will be available on our website early in 2022
