Overview

We are asking for your views on the experiences you have had in contacting the council in the last 12 months.  In particular how you have been able to gain information or receive a service.  This is so that we can understand what action we need to take to make sure our services are focused on delivering what you need.

Why We Are Consulting

We will use your responses to help us draw up a customer and digital strategy and a make a plan of what action to take so that we can improve the ways in which we make our services available to you and how they are designed so that they are both efficient and effective.
