Role Description

The Wellbeing of Future Generations Act 2015 acknowledges citizen involvement, or engagement, as being central to the design and delivery of public services, and Torfaen council’s third Corporate Plan sets out how the council intends to work together with the communities we serve to create an improved, more equal and sustainable future for the people of Torfaen.

In accordance with the requirements of the Wellbeing of Future Generations Act 2015 the Torfaen Public Service Board (PSB) came into effect in April 2016 bringing together public services to improve the social, economic, environmental and cultural well-being of their area, now and for future generations.
